FALCON HILLS HOMEOWNSERS & RECREATION ASSOCIATION The Falcon Hills Homeowners & Recreation Association (FHHRA) is incorporated with the state of Georgia and headed by a board of directors consisting of nine members.
The FHHRA is responsible for operating and maintaining the swim and tennis facilities and all common areas in our neighborhood, as well as, monitoring and enforcement of the FHHRA Restrictive Covenants. Additionally, the FHHRA plans social activities through out the year for families, children and adults. The FHHRA has various committees focused on landscaping, tennis, pool, communications, security, community issues, membership and social activities. All members of the FHHRA are encouraged to join a committee and get involved in the neighborhood.
The Falcon Hills Homeowners & Recreation Association (FHHRA) became a permanent member association in 2000. Once a homeowner joins the FHHRA, the homeowner signs a Consent Form To The Declaration of Protective Covenants For Falcon Hills and Owner Submission to Membership in Falcon Hills Homeowners and Recreation Association, Inc. This is a legal document binding that house to permanent membership in the FHHRA. If the house is sold, the new owners are legally bound as members of the FHHRA.
Residents of Falcon Hills that are not members of the FHHRA may not use the association’s facilities (pool, tennis courts, children’s playground and social events). Additionally, resident non-members may not use the facilities as guests of members.
The majority of homes in Falcon Hills are members of the FHHRA and all homes in The Preserve At Falcon Hills are mandatory members of the FHHRA. Dues for the FHHRA are currently $375 annually.
THE PRESERVE AT FALCON HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION The Preserve Homeowners Association is incorporated with the state of Georgia and headed by a board of directors consisting of three members. The Preserve HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas within The Preserve, as well as, enforcement of The Preserve Architectural Guidelines and The Preserve Protective Covenants and Restrictions. Homes in The Preserve pay the $375 FHHRA dues and an additional $150 annually to The Preserve HOA.
